About me

Hi, I'm Juliana.

I'm a Human Behavior Analyst with an unhealthy curiosity about why humans do the wonderfully weird things we do.

For years I've studied psychology, nervous system regulation, behavior change, communication, and personal development - not because I wanted more letters after my name (although those happened too), but because I genuinely wanted to understand people... including myself.

What I've discovered is that lasting change rarely comes from trying harder. It comes from seeing more clearly.

Whether it's through my podcast, courses, guided meditations, or community, my goal is simple: to help you separate facts from stories, recognize patterns, regulate your nervous system, and make choices that align with who you actually want to be.

Around here, you'll find practical frameworks, honest conversations, a healthy dose of sarcasm, and permission to laugh at the beautiful absurdity of being human.

No gurus. No perfection. Just curiosity, integrity, and the occasional lovingly delivered reality check.

Welcome. I'm glad you're here.

In a Nutshell

My work is informed by decades of studying psychology, behavior change, nervous system regulation, NLP, CBT, Yoga Nidra, hypnotherapy, and communication. The certifications matter, but only because they help me turn complex ideas into practical tools you can actually use.

Behavior Systems

I help people make sense of why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. Through practical psychology, pattern recognition, and nervous system awareness, you'll learn to separate facts from stories and make decisions from clarity instead of reactivity.

Podcasts

Home of Whatever... It's Fine, Plot Twist, and Divinely You - three connected experiences designed to help you understand, apply, and embody lasting change with plenty of humor along the way.

Practical Frameworks

From Warehouse Theory to Calm-ish, everything I create is designed to be simple, memorable, and useful in everyday life. No fluff. Just tools you'll actually use.

Nervous System

Real change doesn't happen by trying harder - it happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to choose differently. Regulation isn't the finish line; it's where everything begins.
